ATware Solutions, LLC does not collect, store or share any personally identifiable information or non-personal data when you interact with our website or our mobile applications.
Some of our apps ask your consent to access Google users account because they rely on Google services, e.g. Gmail API, Google Drive API, for ONLY transmitting the messages users receive or send and the documents they create.

When Google users grant our apps access to their data:
• Google user data in EzPic2Txt, i.e. emails are periodically checked if they are from the contacts preset inside EzPic2Txt app. If so, they are read out loud and displayed to the user, however EzPic2Txt does not collect or share them.
• If Google user sends preset email messages to preset contacts using EzPic2Txt, or saves their document to Google drive using our online Graphic Organizer web app, both do not collect or share any of that data either.
• EzPic2Txt messaging functionality has been developed using only Gmail API, no 3rd party APIs. Same goes for Graphic Organizer that uses only Google Drive API. These APIs provide end-to-end encription of the Google users data that is being transmitted.
• To protect access to Google users sensitive data our App's access to Google is served via OAuth2.0 secure authentication mechanism.
• Google users data that has been transmitted to our apps only displayed to the user and not saved or collected and simply cleared from the memory after that. So, no encryption is implemented inside our apps, since they do not store any of Google users data and solely rely on the security features of the devices' Operating System for clearing its memory space.
• Moreover, our Apps' use of information received from Gmail or Google Drive APIs fully adheres to Google's Limited Use Requirements.
• And, lastly, Google user data will never be stored/retained by us or our Apps, hence, there won't be need to secure it and delete/sanitize it.
